KIIT's campus spans approximately 200 acres across 25+ campuses in Patia, Bhubaneswar. The campuses are interconnected and pedestrian-friendly, with most essential facilities within walking distance.

The campus houses academic buildings, hostels, hospitals, banks, post office, sports complexes, food courts, and even a railway reservation counter — essentially a self-contained mini-city.

• Campus 1-6: Main academic blocks for School of Technology (CSE, IT, ECE)
• Campus 7-9: Management, Law, and Biotechnology schools
